Dr. Carmichael is friendly and personable...unless it's 4pm and he has a young patient who is anxious/sensitive. Then he dismisses and disrespects you because he's tired and impatient and wants to go home.

I have been going to this office for a number of years never had any issues. Just got back from my check up where I was told that I needed tons of crowns that have never been mentioned before today after I got a sales pitch about this new machine that can have crowns done in 1 day . Made me feel like I was just there to pay for his new equipment NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE

While waiting for my checkup I overheard the staff talking about how they clean Dr Carmichael wife Gynaecology instruments with there own dental Instruments gross won’t be going back

Disorganized and unprofessional. Overheard his hygienist Trudi talking about another dental clinic in the city - made me feel uncomfortable as it appears to be a gossipy clinic the last few times I've been in.

He is a great dentist. I’m usually very anxious when going to the dentist but he helps me feel calm and confident with the treatment. He is very friendly as well and we always have nice chats.

Always gives wonderful service! Himself and his staff are friendly and ensure that you have a very comfortable experience. He is down to earth, which makes it enjoyable! Would definitely recommend!!
