Today his frosty receptionist received the results of a biopsy for celiac disease. Told the patient they might have to wait until Friday (50+ hours) for the results of a test that could predict cancers of the digestive system, osteoporosis, and an explanation of 4 years of painful illness and physical degeneration. A five minute call that contained "positive" or "negative" would have been welcome. Instead, I was told by a receptionist with a cold superior attitude that I would have to await the doctor's convenience - this after he promised me results by Wednesday, 10/13. Cold man, with cold staff. Will not go back!! I don't know how knowledgeable this doctor is because he has given me no information whatsoever. I don't want to go back! I do not recommend this doctor.
