Not only was she not helpful, but her bedside manner could use a lot of improvement. I paid for a consultation and she told me nothing. She was dismissive whenever I asked any questions and made me feel like an idiot for even asking. She made no recommendations and did nothing to earn the consultation fee. What a waste of time and money! I do not recommend her at all.

Had to contact Beth 20 years after our initial treatment sessions due to a mishap with my retainer. She was very helpful, and was nice to see her....even remembered me (not an easy case). Her work is excellent and she was able to adjust my damaged retainer. A big thank you!

So bad experience - please do not go. Service is so bad and secretaries are so lost. No explanation or if you dare asking many questions either they are too busy to answer or she will make you feel bad and stupid for asking. Good luck if you choose her.

When we initially saw Dr Prosterman, she was dismissive and did not want to take the time to explain anything. For 7000$ I would expect more of an explanation. She was also cold, horrible bedside manner. We consulted elsewhere and found an amazing ortho.

Such a nice ortho! Kind and funny with my kids, puts them at ease explains what she is doing. Seems to be competent, her assistant is very nice too. Eager to see the results when the braces are off. Overall very satisfied so far!

Son service est au dela de nul. Si tu t'engages a te retrouver avec un sourire complètement gâcher alors tu es a la bonne place, de plus, tu sera blâmer pour ces résultats moches. Sinon, reprend ton bottin téléphonique et recherche d'autres médecins car tu sera heureux de ne pas avoir perdu DU TEMPS et de L'ARGENT!

I have only wonderful things to say about Dr Prosterman!! She is excellent, knowledgeable and has a really warm bedside manner. She always explains everything to both the patients and the parents and as both of my children have very different personalities, I saw that she was able to adapt her style to make both feel very comfortable.

Really bad she doesn't have a clue what she is doing and when you try to ask her a question or talk about your concern she just looks away and completely ignores you..she makes you feel like she is providing you a free service. save your well earned money and go somewhere else there are so many actual qualified and PROFESSIONAL orthodontists out there that will treat you with dignity. she is none of these! Oh and her assistant just sad...
