Dr. Ibanez is compassionate and attentive and a talented surgeon. The staff however is 50/50. Some quite caring and helpful, others are rote.

Dr. Ibañez was wonderful.

The staff, however, seemed unprofessional. Coming out of anesthesia I said "s*it" and was snapped at to "watch my mouth". Not in a joking manner. I understand cursing is inappropriate, but coming out of anesthesia it's not like I had complete control. His assistant seemed cold and distant. And when my boyfriend came in to get me, as she was giving us instructions she was talking to me... and not him. And I barely remember any of what she said.
