I hired Susan Schreiber when I was pregnant with my first baby, and now my yougest (I have two) is 17! I am sad they are getting too old because she is the best doctor I've ever had. Been through stitches, broken bones, ear infections, a very serious burn and at least one other very serious scare. She was always knowledgable, calming, non-alarmist and saved me from many a sleepless night with her no-nonsense assessments. She will not send your kid for endless testing where it is unwarranted, or worry you without cause, but will tell you the truth. She is rightfully very well respected in the Dr. community.

Dr. Schreiber is great. Beware - she uses an outside billing company. I've been disputing a bill since March of 2010, and just today, November 2, 2010 did her staff inform me of this. All this time her staff was saying "I'll look into it", "Let me see what we can do", etc. And then I called the doctor directly to leave a message for her to call me at the end of the day, and I was put on hold. The nurse came back on, and I could hear Dr. Schreiber in the background say "Tell her I don't get involved with billing. She needs to call my billing company." Nice customer service, right? Too bad - she's a great doctor but I've reached my limit. There are many other complaints I have with her staff, but I don't have the time or enough space to type it out.

Dr. Susan Schreiber is a fabulous doctor. She was recommended to us by a friend before my son was born which is almost 7 years ago. She always has time for us and has time to chat. Pam is also fantastic and so are the two other Doctors in the office. I would highly recommend her. I have never had a negative experience in all the years of going to her. My son loves her and loves Pam as well. The reception staff also great. The emergency call back is very fast as well. I travel from Sherman Oaks to see Dr Susie because she is so amazing even though I have a Pediatrician on the corner of the road I live on which says it all!!!

Dr. Schreiber is very popular and it can be hard to get an appointment, but Dr, Hauselman (who has 2 little ones herself) is just as amazing and runs everything by the more practiced physician. I can always reach someone - weather it's Pam (the nurse) or a call back from the doctor on call or Dr. Schreiber at the end of the day. She has an excellent reputation. We never wait or feel judged for our healthcare decisions. We are happy to have found Dr. Schreiber!

Dr. Schreiber or Doctor "Susie" as she calls herself is great. She is efficient and caring and leans towards a more natural type of care. This does not mean she doesn't prescribe medicine and suggest immunizations, it does mean at time she offers natural alternatives and is willing to delay immunizations and or break them up for my child's comfort. She's is great and I would highly suggest her to anyone looking for a doctor. We have two small boys 1 and 3 and will be with her for a long time.

Dr. Schreiber is definitely a no-nonsense professional, not all cuddly and mushy... I like that! She is an excellent doc and takes care of her patients in a caring manner that reminds me of the old school way of care. She has shown empathy, compassion for our children through the years and despite the sometimes necessary immunizations, the kids love to go to her office. I hope the parent who gave a negative review found a more suitable pediatrician for her personality/needs. I'm sad to know she had a negative experience but we all have "off" days!

Excellent doctor for my two children. I agree, she's no-nonsense. She also isn't an alarmist. I like that. However, whenever I call and say I need to come in because the kids are sick, the door is always open for "emergency" visits. My kids are always treated with care and attention. Love the staff too. She recommends the best specialists as well, and follows up on the tests done by other doctors. My kids are 7 and 5 and we have never wanted another doctor for them.

LOVE Dr. Schrieber and her fantastic, smiley, loving and helpful staff. She is definitely no-nonsense, which I truly appreciate, though some may not -- I like my health-care professionals that way. She and her staff always just take great care of my kids!

My two children have been patients of Dr. Schreiber since birth, my oldest is 12. We have been very happy with her and her office. They are very responsive, even if I call on a holiday. She is willing to learn about unusual conditions and has referred us to some excellent specialists.

I am a new mother with a beautiful and healthy daughter. My 1st and 2nd appointment with this doctor were a very negitive experience. Her staff was was not helpful and she herself (Susan Schreiber) was rough with the baby and had a horrible tone throughout our entire appointment. I left the dr. office crying. She was rude and very very short with me. Think twice about this doctor.
