Not friendly, no personality and no bedside manner and yes, he does exaggerate to a point that he stresses his patience. Staff are hit and miss, consistency to relay important information is very poor. My family and I were coming to this place for half a decade and all they do is upsell you! I'm not sure if sometimes I'm at a dental office or a cheap car dealership. They definitely know how to present fear so that you can agree to all the unnecessary services that they would like to get out of your insurance. Oral health is very up close and personal to which I do not trust nor recommend this place or this dentist specially when it comes to younger children and older folks . Don't believe the hype, run!

Recommeded him to a friend & appalued by the treatment she got. Dr. Brach has gotten extremely greedy over the years. It's not about patient care but about upselling products to patients who don't need it. hygienist Ameen is his clone. Tends to strike fear into patients that something is drastically wrong with them. When in fact they're fine. My friend was in tears by the ordeal. I'm questioning whether or not I'll return.

If you are the type of person that only want the best when it comes to your health than I would recommend you see Dr. Brach. He takes his time, he's very knowledgeable and uses the latest technology available in dentistry. This is why I drive over 2 hours to go to Sheppard Village Dental.

I had a great experience at Dr. Brach's dental office. He is very knowledgeable and concerned about the health of the whole body and how it relates to the mouth and the teeth!
