Dr. Brach and his staff are amazing. From my first appointment they were very thorough and paid a lot of attention to detail. All the people and environment of the office make things more comfortable and for those of you who fear going to the dentist. Even before my first appointment Lisa contacted me and made sure that all details were collected so my appointment would run smoothly. I thank the staff at the office for being so accommodating and creating a comfortable visit for me.

Rush,rush,rush! Except for the first exam, terribly rushed. Barely can get a word in as the dentist seems overbooked and rushes out. Makes you feel as if something horrible s going to happen and didn't even show me my x-rays despite asking. Said later, later- but he was out the door! If you want a spa experience, go to a spa- it's cheaper!! Assistants seem rushed too and eager to book your next appointment( commission?) and hand out warm towels(?!). My vet spends more time with my cat and answering my questions....Avoid flashy practices with excessive advertising and media stories- something is fishy there. Go to a less flashy dentist.... They are more thorough and patient.

This office takes the fear out of going to the dentist. It feels like a spa visit. The staff is very welcoming, they treat you like family. Truly the best dentist around!

Truly a dental SPA! Very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they explain everything carefully and tell you prior to the procedure how much your insurance covers and how much you will pay out of pocket. The dentist is very professional, kind, and helpful. They go above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Every visit I am given one cost estimate and when work is done, its always much much more for one reason or another and I have never had dental problems before. In my opinion,they also employ fear strategy on new patients to try to upsell. Dental work and environment are good. But I feel overcharged :(

On first bill I was charged $50 more than my estimate. On my 'dental-plan' sold to me by a car-salesman like treatment co-ordinator, I had 5 cavities listed when the dentist clearly told me I had 4. (2 other dentists said I just had 1) Go here to throw away your money by the fistful

Dr. Brach is a competent dentist but I agree with the person below in that he sometimes can make trivial things bigger than they are and make you feel as if something is wrong. Sometimes in a bit of a rush. Excellent practice, nice environment.
