The office always tries to help with appointments and rescheduling is easy without any penalties. I had to cancel several times last minute and it was fine without all the charges you get at other offices. They are always on time maybe late 15-20 mins once or twice only over 2 years of treatment. My teeth are beautiful and what's best is I get retainer checks and maintenance appointments for over 2 years. When you break the fixed retainer the repair charge is minimal and even free for the first year. This is not something you get anywhere else. During my treatment I broke several braces and was not charged (unlike my friend at the other office who had to pay). I didn't even know this until my friend told me. This makes me appreciate the service here so much more. Thank-you Dr. Sophia.

The receptionist is so helpful and nice. The appointments were quick and efficient and on time which I appreciate since I am busy with 2 kids. Both my kids had braces with her and I am extremely happy with the results. Since then more of my family members have come and now all the kids have straight teeth!

Her prices are cheap and I think that's what attracts her clients. You get what you pay for though. Had braces for a couple of years and she was always rushing me out the door and was rude about it. Told me once she'd text me my next appointment since she had my contact info on file and never did. Ended up going to a different orthodontist who treated me much better and even advised me to keep my braces on a little longer because they weren't completely straight.

I don’t understand all of these negative comments. Sophia is a terrific orthodontist. She is skilled and took on my case after another orthodontist did a terrible job. If you’re there to be coddled, then you don’t understand what it’s like to run a busy practice. I’m a doctor, and her bedside manner is just fine. She is kind and does care about her patients.

I came here just over a year and half ago to get my retainer put on. After only a year it fell off. Due to covid I was not able to get it replaced until now. When making an appointment I learned they had increased the price. I arrived on time for the appointment and proceeded to wait 40mins pased my scheduled time. To make things worse they did not install it properly so I had to return a week later to get it fixed. Again i arrived on time but this time waited 1hr 15mins passed my scheduled time. They let another person, who came in after me, in before me. The thing that pissed me off the most was fixing the retainer took less than 2 mins. My experience with them showed me that they only prioritized those whose services make them more money, in disregard of other patients’ wait time and appointment. The only person was mice here is the receptionist. I DO NOT recommend this orthodontist as she is extremely tardy and unprofessional.

I had treatment for several years.. It took longer thsn normal because i had dome some personal issues and didn't come regularly. She was very understanding and didnt charge extra unlike my friend's orthodontist. In the end my teeth were beautiful and i even had 2 tyoes of retainers to keep them that way. I love my teeth. Thank-you!

My daughter had braces with Dr. Sophia. She was very friendly and my daughters teeth was beautiful. Since my daughter was not very good at brushing she would practise with her. When we took off the braces her teeth didnt have any spots on them that I was so worried about. Her appointments were quick, efficient and got the job done. She was always punctual but if you were late then you had to wait. Afterwards she checked on wearing the retainers for a few years more. Overall we were very happy.

She's pretty rude to the dental assistants, and it translates to an uncomfortable experience as a client who has to watch this. The one time in the three years that I ever saw her being nice to them was when she bragged about hiring a new cook or nanny for her "big house". She doesn't really talk to you either. Most people know to at least greet their patients if they're more introverted, but she rushes in, sticks her hands in your mouth for as long as necessary and then walks rushes on out- often without a goodbye. Sure, her rates are cheaper but not by much. You can get much better service for your hard earned money literally anywhere else.

There were a number of times where Sophia was in the middle of taking out my brackets/wires and she would leave in the middle of doing it, to help another patient or to talk to someone on the phone, leaving me in a very uncomfortable situation. The first time I didn’t mind as much but this has happened so many times it was upsetting. Like many other comments, I had braces for 2 years and I feel like my teeth aren’t the straightest. Customer service definitely isn’t the best. Sometimes when I had my appointments she wouldn’t even speak to me until the very end to remind me to book another appointment. The prices were fairly cheap, attracting a great number of customers, and I found myself standing in the lobby a number of times as there wasn’t enough seats to sit to accommodate everyone, not to mention the 10-20 minute delay in scheduled appointment time. Sophia IS knowledge and she knows what she’s doing but I felt there was a large lack of communication and customer service for someone paying thousands.
