I had been experiencing back pain intermittently for months and unfortunately it came to head and became severe and daily during the Coronavirus pandemic. I had several telehealth appointments and was given muscle relaxers and NSAIDs, but it was only Dr. Sterling who didn’t make me wait several days before giving the in-person injections I needed because his office is prepared for and makes patients a priority. Dr. Sterling is extremely knowledgeable, through and compassionate.

So disappointed. Changed offices, changed attitude. Nasty receptionist Tara. Dr. Sterling is not the same. VERY SAD that he is showing his true colors. STAY AWAY.
