My experience of Dr. Lo was the same as the negative reviews here. I waited months to see an ENT specialist, and she practically ordered me out of her office. She didn't listen, interrupted, wasn't interested in my explanation of what I had been experiencing in my right ear for months. "You're boring," she said. "Wasting a lot of money on you."

Very quick to get you out of the office, doesn't listen to your concerned and above all, I don't think she knows what she's doing. I wasted my day and $4 parking don't wast your time with this so called doctor.

Very rude, condescending and unhelpful. Dr. Lo was very dismissive about my health concern and what landed me in her office. She asked very little questions and interrupted me every time I spoke, even when I was trying to answer a question she asked. She talked at me and I felt like I was being yelled at the entire visit. Made me feel like my medical condition was imaginary and the appointment was no more than an inconvenience to her. Felt very sad when I left the office. Waited time for this appointment and was hoping for some insight or help but instead was treated like an imbecile. I’ve never had this experience with any healthcare provider and find her behaviour unprofessional and uncaring.

If I had listened to Dr. Lo I would never found out I had cancer in my neck. Fortunately, I went to another specialist who sent me to an amazing Surgeon. This doctor should be reviewed by the Canadian Medical Board.

Dr. Lo has been absolutely amazing with my husband and has gone above and beyond to help him. We are very thankful for her and her team. She was straight forward and continued to advocate for him as needed. Thank you for everything.

The best ENT in the business. I trust her with my hearing. She is always helpful and believe me I need help often. Amber the receptionist is very accurate and is there to work not socialize. She is absolutely adorable. I recommend Dr Shirley Lo highly. 5*

Dr. (If you decide to call her that) Shirley Lo was no help at all and did not rectify the situation and did not even try. I imagine she gets paid very well for doing absolutely nothing. Insults our intelligence. I learn more on google

She should not be allowed to practice. I lost all my hearing in one ear and went to see her 24 hours after it happened. She didn't even tell me of my options regarding treatment - there is only a 2 week window to get your hearing back. She brushed it off saying that lots of people only hear with one ear. I was left with continuing tinnitus, hypersensitivity to noise, vertigo and hearing loss. I did find treatment a week later, but only got noise back - no clarity to hear conversation. A life changing condition and she brushed it off. I rating everything as 1 because she deserves the lowest score possible.

The receptionist was rude as I wasn't wearing a mask when i entered(the ban had been lifted and I had been to several doctors dentists and orthodontist apts without one on) I was dismissed by the doctor in her words she wasn't the person who I needed to see after a lengthy wait. Left with no answers and the same dizziness for over 2 years.

After 3 mis-diagnoses from other doctors, she figured out my problem and took immediate action. She was straight to the point, but very friendly, clear and compassionate. She is great!
