Exceptional service both by the doctor and staff. It’s a very small practice with only a couple of patients in the office during our visit. The doctor really took his time with me and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me. The eval took 3 hours. He does not think I have Alzheimer’s and I’m sleeping way better as a result. This guy is old school - no rush no technology to hide behind.

Dr Mason and his staff are extremely knowledgeable in regards to memory loss and Alzheimer’s patients. They are caring and in great understanding that it is not just the patient it is the family that goes though these problems as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! I would not want my elderly father to see anyone else.

This doctor charged me $60 for an appt that I had to cancel because I had an emergency with my dog that necessitated taking her to the vet the morning of my appointment on February 1,2016. I called at about 9am to cancel an afternoon appointment as soon as I got the vets only appointment for my sick dog. When I received his bill I asked him to verify with vet. He refused. I also wanted to know where it is agreed that I would pay an outrageous amount that even a M.D. doesn't charge. I have never had a doctor be less caring in a situation that involves my pets health. I feel that as a psychologist who was supposed to help me during an emotional time in my life,, he not only failed .but has added unnecessary stress. Don't go to him if you need emotion or psychological help.. Alan F.
