Misdiagnosed COPD, which should have been obvious. Treatment was ineffective. Prescribed CPAP therapy without proper titration even though I paid for a sleep study. Prescribed a contraindicated drug that was also very expensive and could have been dangerous. Spent about $4000 , but had to figure out proper treatment and BiPAP titration on my own.

On the first consult visit, this provider was over 50 minutes late for a scheduled apt. Staff made no effort to explain the delay; I was left to sit and wait. When I finally exited the room and saw him standing in the hall, I questioned him of how long I would have to wait. He offered no apology and said, “you’ll be seen when I finish with the patient before you.” He presented a very arrogant attitude. Even so far as saying, "I will see you next, or you can leave if you wish." By that point, I did wish to leave and I did; without being seen.

Dr. Howard is very knowlegable, a great listener and is patient and kind. I feel safe in his care.

Very knowledgeable and through. Also very friendly kinda explains the punctuality part I think because he is doing his best with every patient and he is never really all that late at most 10 min. Best Doctor in Spokane I think.
