Neither she or her staff DID NOT disclose she does not participate in my plan and I was sent a bill for an evaluation that if I HAD KNOWN SHE WAS NOT IN MY PLAN, I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE TO HER. Since she was out of network, I got a bill for $75 I refuse to pay. Now she sent the bill to collections. Its her fault that she has unethical business practices in my opinion and I would not recommend her.
