Good Doctor. Definitely thorough, sometimes to a fault. I've had many referrals to specialists, and lots of follow-ups, and have confidence she will always investigate to make sure I get quality care. A really great family physician.

Dr Sadler appears to be a smart and capable doctor, is quite thorough, and takes the time to investigate patient history. But she does not do a great job at delivering patient centered care. She can also at times act unprofessionally, and even can get to the extent of abusing her power as a physician. I did not feel comfortable having her as a physician, so had to switch to someone else. I have yet to see a family physician who has been nearly as unprofessional as her. (I have been seeing a new physician which has just reminded me of what a decent physician should be like)..
Hopefully she is working on improving the way she interacts with her patients, because I felt that she had the potential to be a good family doctor.

This is a doctor which has very poor bedside manner.

Dr Sadler has been my family doctor for 7 years. She is now also my toddler's family Dr, and we could not be more happy with a family physician. We followed her over to the Dalhousie Family Practice clinic this past year, and are glad we did. She is always thorough, and even though I am sure very very busy, she is always pleasant and explains everything. I trust her with mine and my daughter's health every step of the way! Halifax is lucky to have her.

Dr. Sadler is great. She takes time to ask very thorough questions and explain why she comes to the conclusions or ideas that she does. I have been having the same health issues for years and my previous doctor always told me the same answer, and tried prescribing my different medications that werent working, and no further testing than blood tests. I saw Dr. Sadler once and she immediately ordered further testing for different possibilites than any other doctor had previously suggested, and more investigative testing. When my results showed nothing but my problems were still on going, she changed gears and brainstormed what else may be causing them. She is so friendly and easy going, making it really easy feel comfortable explaining medical issues. Very glad that Dr. Sadler is my doctor

Wonderful family Dr! Patient, thorough, caring and friendly. She is top notch. Although she is very busy she makes time to explain everything, all with a smile on her face. Halifax is lucky to have her.

Dr. Sadler had to cut her practice in half. I lost her. Felt very comfortable with her. Have had great difficulty finding another doctor. Found one who will be around for a year. Definitely not as comfortable with her as with Dr. Sadler. Big problems in NS. So disappointing!

Dr Sadler is a wonderful family doctor. She is friendly, optimistic and never makes you feel rushed. I've been her patient for 5 years and she makes referrals when necessary, and always takes time to really assess the situation. Wait times to get in are very reasonable as well. Crossroads is a great clinic with great doctors!
