I Adore Dr. Sadler, she has been my doctor for a several years now. Dr. Sadler is very knowledgable, helpful and genuinely cares about my health and wellbeing!

Love, love, love her! Thorough, kind, takes her time, always makes appropriate referrals. I have had many familyDrs and she is by far the best. I never feel condescended to, patronized or judged - all of which I had c8me to assume was normal. She truly is a partner in my health and wellbeing. And I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years, which can present its own issues - I can be paranoid and dangerously over/under informed, while potentially being intimidating to those caring for me.......these potential isues have never once fazed her. I trust her with my family's health?

It's unfortunate that the staff at Crossroads Family Practice are so AWFUL. My infant son was turned away from his appointment by the receptionist because I called to advise we would be 10 minutes late. In the past, Dr. Sadler told me that they booked "appointments for infants" with "lots of time" to account for tardiness but I wanted to be courteous. We lived 1 hour away from the doctor's office. We were halfway there with a sick baby, and the receptionist told us to go back home because we couldn't be seen. She started advising me on what to do with my sick infant son and I asked her if she was an RN to which she replied, "No." I advised her that it's illegal for her to provide medical advice if she isn't trained or qualified to do so. I was desperate to speak to a doctor, but Laurie blocked me from speaking to Dr. Sadler-- when, she had no problem calling me before. Suddenly, the doctor was incommunicado-- during what was then, OUR appointment time. Forced to go to the IWK.

I was so very very lucky to find Dr.Sadler. I've had my share of family doctors, some good and some not so good...Dr.Sadler definitely the best I've ever had taking care of my medical issues. Very knowledgeable and professional but at the same time so very personable, so easy to talk to, and easy to share very personal issues, and so very empathetic. She listens, never makes your problems seem trivial, and makes such a serious effort to find the causes and solutions. I've worked in the medical profession for 20 yrs., along side doctors on a daily basis...Dr.Sadler is tops, and the bottom line is...she genuinely cares!!

Dr.Sadler is wonderful at addressing any issues I have and is not afraid to send patients for testing if she is unsure of what is happening. Even though I work as a nurse she still explains things to me so I am fully aware of my options. My last doctor missed many things that affected my health. Dr.Sadler makes a point of spending 30 minutes per visit or as much time as is needed to assess me and address my concerns. I respect her and think she is great at what she does.

Dr. Sadler has been very helpful and knowledgeable when addressing any of my health concerns. After moving here from Ontario ( where health care has deteriorated severely)I was surprised to find a doctor of such high quality. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family physician.

I've been seeing Dr. Sadler for almost 2 years now and I only have great things to say. She's very thorough, knowledgeable and takes the time to address any concerns I may have. I'm so happy to have her as my family doctor!

Always very pleasant. Always punctual, I've never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time to see her. There is not a huge wait time at time of booking (usually, get in the same week I call to make the appt.)

Dr. Sadler is wonderful. You feel like you are talking to your best friend, so you hide nothing and am not embarrassed to talk about certain issues. She takes your concerns seriously, and never makes you feel like 'it is all in your mind'. Personal approach to care, where she actually takes the time to call you with results. Lovely personality...very lucky to have her as my doctor.
