My daughter was used to Dr. Young's patient. For I was asking the best time to manage my work and my daughter's classes, my daughter had been pointed to servral doctors at the same clinic. I had no problem with either of the doctors. My daughter lost one Ortho-K lense on June 30. I called them right away and I was told the order would be placed on Jul 3 rd. I called them on July 16 asking for how long I could get my order. They said they would call me once it be ready to pick up. Today is Jul 25, I still did not get any call. My daughter has not wear one Ortho-K lense for 26 days. What could happen for not wear Ortho-K for so long? How could the doctor make both of my daughter's eyes have balanced vision?Waiting for so long is terrible experience. It's a torment!

Dr. Yeung is an amazing optometrist who always gives me the best experience and prescription. Justin is also amazing at helping me pick out the best frames that suit my face and makes sure the lens lines up with my eyes correctly! I would highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Yeung for several years. She is on time, smart and thorough. Staff is also knowledgable. Referred her to all my family members.

I would recommend Dr. Yeung to enter her registration number on her receipts. She is a great Optometrist and of course I know she is registered, but when you claim the invoices through the insurance you require that information. It's annoying having to call her office to ask for Registration number. It should be listed on any of her papers.

Dr. Yeung is wonderful. She is approachable and very knowledgeable.. Her staff is helpful and courteous. She diagnosed two eye conditions - one missed by my previous optometrist. I travel quite a distance for appointments but trust her and that's hard to find. I highly recommend her.

This store is centered around selling extremely expensive glasses, not on checking the eyes. The main goal is to grab money. I went to double check if the glasses I made elsewhere (because the cost was exactly 1 tenth) and only after checking and telling me the measurements were incorrect, they told me there is a cost for this check because I did not make the glasses there. Any optometrist I went to in the past asked me to come back and check the glasses as part of their service. But not at this store because the priority is sales, not your eyes. Anyways, they lost me as a client and all my family members.

Dr Yeung is a competent optometrist, however she recommended I have two different photos of my eyes taken as a baseline as there was a family history of two different eye diseases. She also recommended another test, again as a baseline for future comparisons. Note that this is just a family history, I do not currently have these conditions myself. What she neglected to tell me is that together, these additional photos and tests would cost an additional $105. I feel that should have been made clear up front, including the fee, so I could make the decision myself whether I wanted to proceed. My insurance only covers optometrist appointments up to a preset maximum, so to finish my appointment and need to pay $220 for just the eye exam was pretty ridiculous pricing even for Oakville. At that point, the services had been rendered so I could not decline them. Feel like I was kind of scammed into the extra exams "as a baseline" when to me, they sounded like they were included. She bills $123 already for a comprehensive eye exam. Surely any comprehensive exam would include establishing a baseline for chronic eye diseases if there was a family history?

I could not have been more frustrated trying to arrange appointments for myself and my daughters. What a horrible experience. Dr. Yeung is a great optometrist, however the staff is so frustrating. Trying to get confirmation of appointment times and adjusting the schedule is so painful. It is hard to trust the staff to get the appointment appropriately booked in.
