Dr. Ting is very personable and caring. She takes her time to explain everything to you! She always has a pleasant smile and makes you feel welcome. She never seems like she's in a rush and makes you feel important to her.

She was very nice and she took the time to talk with me. She also explained to us about what was wrong with me in a way that I could understand. I felt comfortable and I now understand what is wrong with me.
