Dr. Karen Cook is so incredible! My hips were off kilter and with only two treatments she was able to straighten my hips and releive the pain I was experiencing. Thank You so much Dr. Cook.

Dr. Cook is an excellent Chiropractor. She takes her time and explains everything she does. She is very gentle and very knowledgeable. She even adjusted my toddler. She is comfortable to be around and has good energy. She told me up front how much treatment was going to cost and we set up a plan. I couldn't be happier.

I think the reviewer in the first paragraph may be a competitor. Dr. Cook is my personal chiropractor and just does not operate like the reviewer said. She's been doing this for over 20 years and her integrity and expertise are beyond reproach. Sue, Redwood City

Unfortunately I had a HORRIBLE experience with Karen. She set up a monthly family plan with my mother which had enabled all of her children to come in for treatment at no additional cost to the monthly payment my mom was making to her.I saw Karen once in January, adjustment was alright, she was very unorganized and didn't even have her equipment working when I came in.She told me that she was going to need to see me very frequently and that she felt I had a condition that was related to an auto accident I had told I had during our conversation while I was being adjusted.I ended up not coming to her again, and a few months later my mom stopped seeing her as well.Right after that, she sends me a PAST DUE bill in the mail. This was the only time I had ever been told I was expected to pay. I tried calling her multiple times, emailed her asking to call me, she never called. Finally I asked her over email why she had sent this bill. She is now sending it to collections.Sound like good business to you?

I went for a simple adjustment. She is gentle, knows what she is doing and is obviously caring. Insurance did not cover but only paid $60
