Dr. Wallace is wonderful. His staff is the problem. It's very difficult getting through on the phone. I don't know why such a well respected physician would employ such garbage and it certainly makes me think twice about going to him. The person at the front window is very rude and I can hear her talking so poorly about other patients, while I'm waiting to see Dr. Wallace. It makes me wonder what she says about me when I'm not around. I hope Dr. Wallace can see that his staff is tarnishing his image and get people in there that are more professional and know how to treat people with dignity and respect.

Dr Wallace is a true gift. He has literally helped save my sons life after many DR.s misled us and made my son feel crazy. The entire staff (especially Jody) is awesome and his office is a well oiled machine. Millie on the chemo/research side is an angel. Never have we seen a Dr.s office so on the ball ~~ and kind!!! Dr Wallace is a walking LUPUS encyclopedia. Also see LUPUS LA (an organization) that he founded...we truly don't know when he sleeps. PLEASE DONATE TO THEM!!! Best of all...he has become our friend and we trust and love him. Stradley/Fesperman family

I love Dr. Wallace. After 2 years of symptoms, many ER visits, and about 10 doctors - he diagnosed me with lupus. He is very compassionate. I drive all the way up from San Diego just to see him - he is definitely worth it if you can get in. Also, his staff is great, unlike a lot of doctor's offices out there.

Appointments are quick but thorough. Be prepared and assertive and he will answer all questions. I feel respected by the way he listens to me and by the fact that he sees me at my appointment time.

I've been fet up with Hoag Hospital Dr's. Drive all the way up to BH to see this guy. I'm not Lupus yet, but signs of Lupus "unspecified". He's been following me for a few years. Gives me piece of mind to see he makes sure I am tracked to see if it goes up, just in case. He is hard to get into. Voice Mail system is tuff. But, really great. They broke the mold on Dr's when God made this one.
