This was the worst doctor I have ever met. He is rude and arrogant

Dr. Cesar was very knowledgeable about my condition and he was extremely polite and came across as caring and compassionate individual. I did not feel rushed during my appointment, was able to express my concerns - and felt like I was being listened to (I think we need more doctors like him), unlike some of my experiences with other doctors. Office was clean and office staff was great!!! I did check that they take my insurance and only paid regular co-pay for my visit.
