Dr. Ada van Vloten is so kind and I trust her knowledge, she has experience and every thing she asks is with a reason and a purpose to collect info that will benefit in the medical evaluation of patient.

Worst "doctor" I have ever been to. Treated me like I was abusing my synthroid meds (no one in their right mind would do that). Said I needed to take bloodwork to prove it. Said, "what happens when it comes back normal and you don't need it?" Bloodwork proved that I needed the dose I said. She only gave me 30 pills (standard is 90 days with 3 refills). She then refused to give me refills and no one could figure out why. She demanded more "proof." I went to another walk-in clinic, took my blood results there. They immediately recognized I needed the meds and gave me the standard 90 days with 3 refills and no problems. She has mental issues that are bleeding into her work, I think.

Worst DR ever! I mean ever. Condescending woman who should not be practicing. She LIED about my son's test result and proceeded to lie about the condition of his illness. I left and went to another Dr immediately who stated that none of what Dr Ada reported was true. She lied. She is a disgrace.

she ordered very very unnecessary tests for my physical. she even asked at the very end if i had time to run a mile and then she could test my heart. I said no. She was very condescending towards me and was always trying to test how smart I was. She is the worst Dr. I have ever been to and i do not know how she is even a Dr.

Everyone that put nice comments must have been paid to do so or are related to her.

dr vanvloten is terrible. she would not treat my kids for ringworm and left it untreated for 3 months infecting other kids at school. she was investigated by dcfs for this and charged with neglect of a minor. i have tried to get records on my kids to transfer to a different dr for over 2 years and she will not return my calls or give me the records but is quick to send bills for procedures i never ordered and were never completed.

When I took my child to her, she never answered my questions. She would ask me what I thought and she would talk to herself and mumble. I didn't know if she was talking to me. Then when is smiled at her she yelled at me and told me it wasn't funny. I wasn't laughing, just trying to be nice. I never received any answers from her. It was a waste of time.

I don't feel she is very knowlegable. She got very defensive when I asked questions about my child's care and treatment. She ordered unnessesary tests. I won't be taking my child back to her.
