Would not recommend specialist for diseases or illnesses for which he had little or knowledge. After being treated by Dr. LeGrand for over 6 months, found out we really needed to see a rheumatologist and a endroconologist. Dr. LeGrand was insulted when asked for a referral to either specialist and set up an appointment for an endroconologist when blood sugar reading was off the meter for over a week. But the appointment was for over a month away and when calling the endroconologist's office found out one could be seen the next day. Every time there was a office visit to Dr. LeGrand the first thing he would say was, "You still around!" like he was very surprised that it could possibly be. He knew he was not giving his best but didn't care.
