I have been going to Dr. Hays for about 2 yrs, my recent experience was really about billing, not to my acknowledge that I ever saw a sign that if you cancel after 24 hours you will have to pay a $25.00 fee, ….I had to recently pay $50.00, the first fee was ok but the second fee I needed an emergency breast biopsy, and they didn't want to hear about it, so needless to say they lost a very good patient...I do not recommend this practice at all...

I had no dental insurance and this woman pulled not one but TWO infected wisdom teeth in her office with only nitrous and Novocaine. There aren't too many general dentists who will step up and do that, and she did a stellar job. I will always remember myself being half awake from the nitrous and her saying "this is a bone spreader, you may feel a little pressure now" and her putting her foot on the chair for leverage before starting to extract my teeth. It was a tough job, but she got it done. : )

Very friendly and understandble. They let me pay off my bill in payments. Both Dr. Hays and Dr. Prevezano are great
