Dr. Skyhar did my rotator cuff surgery and was amazing. The most professional and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. We then took our son to him for his shoulder that kept popping out of place. He carefully explained the options and allowed our son to continue to play football at Torrey Pines HS. His bedside manner is super and his staff is the best. He cares about you, your family and your life.

I can not say anything better for Skyhar. He literally set the bar high for bedside manner, and how a doctor should be. He did my first shoulder surgery in 2004- and he and his staff were with me every step of the way. I Unfortunately did my 2nd shoulder surgery with a horrible "celeb doc" in Los angeles and regret it ever since. After I didn't see skyhar for 3 years, i had come back for a knee injury. He remember how i was, asked how my dad was doing, and asked how my snowboarding competitions were. I find that to be incredible. He too, was very cautious of giving young athletes cortisone shots when their joints were needing a rest instead of shots. I was lucky to have Skyhar as my shoulder surgeon. Whatever you do, don't go to Klapper in Los Angeles.
