Excellent doctor and surgeon - truly one of the best out there in terms of patient care, bedside manner and expertise for spine surgery. Would highly recommend.

Excellent ratings all around. Staff, professionalism, bedside manner and expertise. Dr. Peppers is an extremely skilled surgeon who performed surgery on my herniated disc. I had great care from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, caring surgeon who will treat you with very conservative care, surgery being the last option.

Dr. Peppers did over an 8 hour surgery on me to fuse three discs and repair other areas of the back. I am less than 5 months out and I am pain free swimming and riding my bike again!. As a technician I don't think he can be beat. If you are thinking of surgery it is not easy. The first 2 months from surgery I was in tremendous pain and worried it didn't work. Once things began to calm down I felt better and better, it takes time. I would also recommend Dr. Keeran Kumar as a pain specialist and CORE Orthopedics for Physical Therapy.

Dr. Peppers was very anxious to try his first artificial disc surgery. Although my only comokaintvwas pain, vwith no radiopaty or weakness, he encouraged me to undergo this new procedure. I was working full time, vutvdid consent to the surgery. Afterwards, the pain was 10 times worse. Ultimately, I was forced go t n total disability and I am now bedridden. Stay away from this knife aooy surgeon. If you need spine surgery, g to Dr. Ostrup, the best spine surgeon in town and also a neurosurgeon, nt a mere orthopedic surgeon lijvPeppers.

I have had two surgeries with Dr Peppers, and I will credit him for being a skilled surgeon, probably one of the best. My problem, which became an issue at CORE and now is even worse at Seaside Spine, is that once he operates on you, YOU NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN! The office routinely double and triple books for the same appointment time. But it doesn't matter - you don't get to see him after he operates on you, you see the PA or NP. You are told that he looks at the xrays - but I have no faith at this point. This is not to fault to NP & PA - they are awesome. But I definitely feel like this practice is more of a surgery mill now. In good conscience, I can't refer him.

I had this doctor for two surgeries. He did a three level fusion when no one else was eager to do so. He did a follow up surgery 6 months later. I use to hear people complain you had to wait too long in the lobby. He gave quality time to everyone he saw. He was unique in this way and why I always respected him. He is a very talented doctor who is a great surgeon but also tells you the pro's and con's to your healthcare. I only wish that I had known about him before I was able to use him as my second opinion. I will always respect this doctor? I am 53 years old and had my first back surgery when I was 23. In the 30 years of treatment that followed, I can honestly say that Dr. Peppers is the most talented Doctor I've been too. Remember you are looking for results when things are completed with your care. Stop fussing over how long it takes to get in or he did not seem to listen, etc. Don't let your ego or personality get in the way of letting this Doctor help you!

I never stayed for my first appointment. I had heard that he always ran way beyond the appointment time. My wait would have been over 2 hours late for a morning appointment. Not acceptible so I left to get another doctor.

Seemed very aloof and not very interested in the pain and problem I was having. Did not describe options or proposed procedures well. Left feeling quite frustrated. Will look elsewhere for a more concerned doctor.

Dr Peppers performed disc replacement surgery on me. Didnt rush into surgery - took all the conservative options first, including pain management. Extremely easy to talk to, talented surgeon. Had an extremely fast and easy recovery, pain free for the first time in years. I would absolutely recommend him.
