Dr lichtbroun is the most compassionate, caring doctor I have ever seen with comprehension and knowledge for treatment of numerous conditions and diagnoses. He takes individual interest in his patients, and offers numerous Avenues of treatment specialized to the individual's needs. He is a doctor that is both intelligent and compassionate and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor in this field of expertise

Unhappy doctor who is rude and condescending. I would never go back ro recommend him to anyone. Worst experience of my 50 year on this earth. He actually yelled at me and called me an "idiot" because I don't understand medical technology. Literally scared me for life Highly recommend you find another rheumatologist!

The clinic manager and the whole staff are absolutely horrible. The doctor is great and it's sad that he has people around him who are nasty, nasty, nasty. They're so rude that I don't see no reason for them to be there. They're not professionals and they don't have empathy towards the patients. Stay away. There are other clinics who are much more qualified to be called a "clinic" than them.

Dr. Lichtbroun is a highly intelligent, sensitive physician who spends lots of time and LISTENS to his patients - no computer screen in front of his face. He really gets to KNOW his patients, a rarity today.

Dr's office declined to see me .I informed his office that I had seen another rheumatologist and didn't hit it off and wouldn't be going back.I was informed that the two doctors knew each other and we're friends. After giving a great deal of information to receptionist I was contacted back later that day that the doctor decided not to accept me as a patient.wow.how ethical is that.not about medical care all about who you know. Great physician, but his staff is miserable. If they hate their jobs that much they should quit and find work that doesn't involve interacting with customers.

I have been a patient for over 20 years and I found the office staff and doctor the most professional and caring you can find. The doctor sometimes wants to do too much on one visit and instead of sending out the patient to find literature on his disease, he falls behind and it is not fair to the patients or the staff that are trying to keep order. I have heard patients complain while in the waiting room, but the patients that are the most vocal do not believe in following office practices and want things there way, only there way and when they want it without regard to the fact that they are not the only patient. The doctor has won over 21 top doctor awards and if you want the best medical care in the area this is where you go.

Dr is great, but it's SAD office manager is as NASTY AS THEY COME. She hates her job, the world, and everyone in it. She NEEDS BIPOLAR MEDS & THERAPY. She has NO business working in this field. The best thing she could do for the world is jump off a bridge.

It is unfortunate that the staff is so rude and miserable! Dr. Lichtbroun was very thourough and compassionate towards my situation. He spent a lot of time reviewing my symptoms and didnt rush me in and out. BUT the office manager was sure to scream at him everytime he walked out of the room "hurry up or else you arent going to get lunch." There were many occasions he had to leave the room to grab something for my file, pamplets, or make copies, and it never failed---she was questioning his every move-- "WHY ARE YOU BOTHERING WITH THAT?" and saying "YOU DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS." Keep in mind, she is saying this right in front of everyone. I feel embarassed for him! He seems sincere and wants to help...as for her- her priorities are get them in and out and collect the money. PS--- I found out afterwards that she is his wife. She humiliates him to no end. It is sad that he will probably lose business because of them.
