Dr Apesos completed a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty for me in 1994 at the same time as well as removing a small dark lump on my left cheek. I had zeno complications nor any scaring. I absolutely recommend him and am still pleased after all these years. Thanks for the great experience and changing my life.

This man cares nothing about how you do after he has ruined your appearance, his work was absolutely awful, I had a lower and upper blef done with a cheek lift, look like a raccoon with a sagging face , I tear up and cry every time I look in the mirror, I was assured before surgery that anything that need fixed he would, but boy was that a lie all I ever got was if I was you I would leave it alone . this man cares nothing about you and that is so sad ,after you have put your trust in someone; stay as far away from this guy as possible he honestly does very lousy work

Dr. Apesos treated me like i was the only patient he had even though the lobby was full of potential patients. I felt like he valued my concerns and educated me on the risks and allowed me to make an informed decisions about my impending surgery. I would gladly hire him to do additional surgeries if I had a need

If I could give Dr Apesos a negative rating I would have. Dr Apesos made my nostrils smaller by literally cutting them off my face and sewing them lower on my face. Not only are they lower on my face which ruins the symmetry of my face but they are asymmetrical as well. My before and after photos look like they were reversed. Not only did he leave physical scars but also emotional and psychological scars. He absolutely ruined my confidence and self esteem where I hardly go out anymore. When I asked him why he did what he did, he got upset and said "I cannot make everyone happy and didn't need surgery in the first place. You came to me, I didn't force you" turned his back and walked out of the room! Dr Apesos....as a doctor do you not have a moral obligation and ethics to say to a patient that they do not need surgery at the consultation and not after the surgery? Or does the fact that you are in the plastic surgery industry alleviate you from that responsibility because there are no consequences to you when you do a bad job. There is nothing magical or scientific about what you or any other plastic surgeon does when someone goes under the knife. The success of the surgery literally depends if the surgeon is having a good or bad day and if they have a clear mind. ALL THE ODDS ARE WEIGHTED IN THE SURGEON'S FAVOR If and when things do go wrong, patients are left high and dry with no recourse. The plastic surgery industry, even though unlikely, needs reformed. There is no transparency or accountability to these doctors and they are free to deliver whatever results and walk away with your money leaving you to live a life of regret. Also I feel after a certain age plastic surgeons should not be allowed to put people under the knife. In my eyes, Dr Apesos is as close as you can legally get to being called a crook. He saw I was easily persuaded and could sell me on surgery. When you have people with low self esteem or self conscious about a certain body feature, all it takes for a surgeon to sell them on surgery is to give them a false sense of hope, tell the patient they are in good hands, and they could fix it. Plastic surgery is an ugly business. He is in it for the money and not for your best interest. Instead of plastic surgery for vanity reasons, opt for ways to see why you feel you need surgery and most likely all you need to change is how you see yourself. And lastly, learn to love yourself and find more meaningful and richer ways to improve your self confidence. The gamble of plastic surgery is not worth it. Peace and happiness to all....

I saw Apesos in 1994 for a very little underchin and cheek liposuction. He seemed to think this was no problem and even suggested I have my undereye area done (which I had never even considered). Thought since he was the dr inwould do it even though of course it cost more. N it all turned out badly. The liposuction was uneven and very lumpy and my eyes still look hollow. I went to a couple other dr.s to try to fix it and they both said it was the worst lipo they had ever seen. He does not seem to have any ense of aesthetics at all. Beware of this one. All of the office staff was unfriendly.

I currently live in California originally from the area. I had decided that I was going to get a BA yet I did not know anyone in LA to get an accurate review or personal experience. I was not going to YELP it. A couple of dear friends of mine had went to Dr. Apesos for their BA and tummy tuck. One friend got her BA about 14 years ago and the other one was within year. They were extremely happy (both look very natural and I didn't even know they had anything done). Also, my mother is a nurse and had worked at same hospital with him a long time ago so that verified his experience with me.

I flew back to Ohio for my consult. This went very well. I got to try different implants in the bra they require for post op surgery. Dr. Apesos was aware that I wanted a very natural look as I am on tv. I was scared to go to big yet then again I didn’t want to be small. I was a size 34 A and told him I wanted to be a 34C. There were two sizes that he recommended 325cc and the 350cc. It seemed to be the diameter that was wider between the two. I asked him which one do I go with because I had done A LOT of research online and comparing to someone else on CCs is not the right answer. He told me to go with 325cc. The implant has a max which is more that 325ccs. He fills it more than the 325cc and tells you he fills it more. Why... because of rippling. I am so happy I picked him because I have seen many woman have this rippling effect and it is so ugly :/

The surgery was done at Atrium. WOW!!!! the Staff WAS AMAZING! I worked in a hospital for over 3 years and might I say Dr. Apesos and staff were just phenomenal! I was so nervous as this was my first surgery. Dr. Apesos came in smile on face, calm and collective. He talked to me for a little bit, held my hand and told it will be ok :) Surgery was fast and no pain until later that day. Dr. Apesos controlled my pain very well. Since I was going back to California he gave me his cell phone number to contact him with questions and updates till I came back for postop visit.

My overall experience was great! I wish for Dr. Apesos to work forever in case I need anything else done :) My results are perfect! Everyone on set and that I work with could not tell I had surgery yet I have nice natural looking Big ones!! haha. The scaring… can not even see it. They are exactly what I wanted. Everything thing that Dr. Apesos stated in my process of healing was very accurate, to the T. He has been doing this for a long time. I would and have already recommended him to people. Dr. Apesos is straight forward, friendly, not a butt kisser, knowledgeable, caring, and does a great job on boobs anyways since that is what I can vouch for. Great work guys!
