Excellent doctor! He explained things to both my son and Me, alleviated any nerves either of us had, and assured us it was never a problem to reach out if questions or concerns came up after our appointment. The staff is also excellent!!! I could not be happier.

We knew right away that Higginbottom was the place for our son's orthodontic treatment. He actually begged us to let him go see Dr. Higginbottom!

Dr Erik Higginbottom is overrated on previous reviews. My daughter's fear was not appeased by Dr Erik, we felt he didn't even tried. He made us feel like were just another number. My daughter was not comfortable at all. Do yourself a favor and go to Dr Serino instead.

Two of our children have already been patients with Dr. Higginbottom, but this was our youngest's first time. She was welcomed warmly by everyone and she felt comfortable in the chair which is not something that you hear regularly when you talk about an Orthodontist. We look forward to seeing the staff and Dr. Erik at our routine visits in the future!

Dr. Mark treated me with braces when I was a kid. Now Dr. Erik, his son, is treating my own son! And they continue to exceed expectations!

From the moment we walked in for the initial consultation, we knew Higginbottom Orthodontics was the place for our son's treatment. In fact, when we returned to the car our son begged us to go with Dr. Higginbottom! He liked him THAT much and it was a no brainer for us.
