This is a wonderful family physician however the office manager Paula is awful. We called the office with a concern with the nurse and paula and she acts like a child and withdraws my son for medical care and canceled his appointment for the next day and said you can pick up his file. The state medical board is now envoled told paula a 2 week to 30 day notice is required Paula refused. So if you have long term medical needs be aware Paula runs the show and has no compassion for people needing medical care. A suit is being filed. Refused for us to even speak with the doctor. People like Paula the office manager dont need to be dealing with the public if they cant control their anger and need to be more professional.

Excellent Dr., has taken care of our family for years. Very caring and will spend as much time with you as you need. All the Dr.s at Daphne Family Practice are good.
