Dr. Natarajan took her time to answer my questions. She used a printout as a visual aid, making it easy for me to understand my issues. I was part of the decision process regarding my treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Natarajan.

She listened to all of my concerns and thoroughly addressed everything. She ordered and performed all procedures that I needed. I'm glad I was able to find a caring GI specialist.

Yamini Natarajan demonstrated unprofessional behavior and poor communication skills. She is duplicitous, and therefore, answers questions over the phone, rather than via email.

She (mis)leads you to believe an issue is beyond her control, when, in fact, she is responsible for the decision. I believe she communicates via telephone because misdirection works best when there is no written record.

When Yamini Natarajan decides addressing your concerns is inconvenient, she becomes passive aggressive and simply stops responding, Her department manager responded to a message because she "noticed that [Yamini Natarajan] left unanswered" for several days.

My experience indicated Yaminin Natarajan has (1) poor interpersonal skills and bedside manner, (2) an arrogance that results in her not responding to patients who want a dialogue with their physician and to make informed decisions, and (3) an unwillingness (or perhaps an inability) to explain and categorize her treatment recommendations (poor communication skills )
