The staff is very rude, especially the front desk personnel. Management is terrible, because I have never seen them correct the problem, but I have witnessed them stand around and joke with the staff. I've also seen once office manager standing by a patient room door commenting on the time spent by the provider on patient care. I've worked in the industry for years and have NEVER seen such poor practice management. Were it not for the excellent, thorough care that I receive from the doctor, I would leave this practice in a heartbeat.

Because of a change in my insurance, I was forced to find a new PCP. I was nervous about having to start fresh with a new Dr, as my health issues are extensive and I have had some serious ones since birth (born with a neurological cancer that left me paraplegic). My first appt w/Dr. Klein was the best first appt I've ever had in my life! She took the time to really listen to me and was very personable and genuinely caring. Her staff has been the same, personable and caring. Any minor problems I've come across so far (yes, wait times can be a bit long) I feel are worth it if it means I, and her other patients, are not being treated like cattle just being pushed through as quickly as possible. I have high hopes for her future as a family physician, and even more so, her future as MY family's physician. Thank you Dr. Klein, and your staff, for being such a blessing in what can be a very scary and frustrating part of life :-)

Worst office staff ever! She cancelled my apt twice. THE WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE! My messages were never returned and my health issue was treated nonchalant. I'm highly upset at how unprofessional I've been treated . I've been waiting for over an hour for my appointment that Dr Klein rescheduled on me twice. I've had to rearrange my work schedule and after this I will definately never come back to this office. I will take my health insurance elsewhere!

Doctor Kline is an extreamly good Doctor. She is very good at listening to your problems and will not give you medicine you don't need! She is smart and nice to her patients, and follows up with them.

Been to McLaren Doctors before and since they really dropped the ball hiring this one, never have I been treated soo poorly by office staff with no medical expertise (Phone & apt takers/secretaries) especially a lady by the name of Christina,although the doctor informed me she had multiple complaints with her seems to be still at office?, when I presented Dr.Klein with simple questions -Dr.Klein fresh out of residency couldnt answer any! and had to Google search ideas of possible ailments? She is a total joke! I recommend as I did terminating her as a Physician, I choose another Dr within McLaren no problem since & they mentioned having to take over for multiple unhappy former Dr.Klein patients...

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Klein. I was not a fan of the Dr whom she took over the practice for but I am so glad that my husband and I stayed to get Dr Klein. She is so personable and treats you like a human being not some patient to medicate and shove out the door. I always leave her office with a smile and feeling better than when I went in. We have never had an issue with medication prescriptions or getting in when we are ill. My husband and I are so happy with Dr. Klein.

I started to see Dr. Klein after my Dr. moved, SHE IS GREAT. Dr. Klein took the time to review my file with me, this helped her to know me and my history. Dr. Klein is very kind, caring and proffesional. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a new Doctor. To you DR. Klein keep up the GOOD WORK and THANK YOU!!!!

Reading some of these NEGATIVE reviews, I don't know whether to laugh or to be irate... mostly irate... Refused meds? Dr. Klein doesn't strike me me as one who would NOT fill a legitimate and needed script. However I can see her refusing a potential drug seeker / self diagnosing patient, for their own health. Most of the issues lie with the corporate health system as far as appointments and such go; not Dr. Klein and her staff. Unfortunately, she does not have a private practice. That said, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Klein. While a young doctor, she practices with the skill of a veteran, and the enthusiasm of a student. You get personal service with Dr. Klein. That doesn't mean she will fill UNNECESSARY scripts upon request, but she will tell you things like they are, with expectations you take responsibility for yourself. And she will be there to help you along the way. She has made me face up to some health issues as such, and I am much better.

I was extremely pleased with Dr. Klein. Her demeanor was approachable and friendly, and her knowledge of my particular case vast. I was seen in timely manner by a very courteous staff and not rushed through my visit. It is obvious that Dr. Klein cares for her work and her patients and I will continue to look forward to future visits with her!

I was incredibly pleased by the care that I received by Dr. Klein. The staff was prompt and courteous and my wait time was minimal. Dr. Klein listened to all of my concerns unlike other providers. She demonstrated patience, courtesy, and was aggressive in taking care of my issues. I have an extensive cardiac history and Dr. Klein even diagnosed something that my cardiologist missed. She then referred me to a new cardiologist from whom I've received excellent care. Dr. Klein has coordinated my care with that other provider and was very hands in on the whole process. I would certainly recommend her to anyone.
