Dr. Klein took over for my doctor who moved out of the area. I had went to that Dr. for 20 years and had no issues other than waiting in the waiting room a long time but he was worth it for such personal service. I called on 2 occasions in a month wanting an appointment for a ear ache, both times I was told she didn't have any appointments and that I could go to a urgent care if I wanted to. I ended up going to an urgent care & had an ear infection & sinus infection and got antibiotics. Her office mentioned to me that she wanted to make an appt for a general appt. I take a medication that needs monthly refills and she then wanted to send me to the lab for bloodwork and I don't have insurance (so $300 later)and her $137 office call later she refilled me for 3 months and wants me to come in and do this again. Absolutely NOT. I will be finding another Dr. My calls don't get returned, my $300 lab results don't get relayed to me, either, I had to call several times to get them.

I also started seeing this "doctor" after my doctor quit seeing patients. M Klein is very unprofessional and out right rude.I saw her only once and that was enough to know she wasn't the doc for me. She first cut down the doctor who's place she took about him not knowing what he was doing with my medication, told me the more meds you are on the closer you are to dying, wouldn't refill medications I had been on for years, told me she was going to get me off all the meds my previous doc had me on. If you are looking for a doc to be their for you and listen to your concerns she's not it. When I called her superiors to voice my concerns I received a certified letter in the mail letting me know that I was being released from her care, after trying to find another doc I found out she had her staff flag my name so any other mclaren doctor would not be able to see me either. after fighting with mclaren's head office i was cleared to see mclaern docs but wasn't welcome there

Dr. Klein took over for a doc who semi-retired. She is very unprofessional and compared my medical issue to her brothers and refused to fill meds that I had been on for years because of her brothers problems. She asked about a doc who treated me for my disability and then teased me about 'liking him'. Phone messages are ignored and/or not clarified or followed up on. I needed a refill on one of my meds and she swore she didn't get either of my messages and when I spoke directly to her, she said she had filled it when I was in previously (she hadn't). She even went so far as to accuse me of never calling. I was very clear when letting the staff know what I needed refilled. I never had issues with my meds before being seen by her. Because she nor her staff could understand what I needed and messages were botched, I sent an online message which ended up going to her supervisor. She personally called and chewed me out for doing so and then released me as a patient. I had seen her 2 times.
