I’ve waited 1 hour and 40 mins (and counting) for my 16yr olds appointment to finish. It started 20 mins late and I have to wait in my car in 14 degree weather! They are always running late and takes several( 1 1/2 hour ) appointments to complete a cleaning on a patient with excellent oral health. We will NEVer be back...(and I’m still waiting)

Dr. Pilcher and his staff are very caring. Dr. Pilcher takes his time and never hurries you out of his office. He takes the time to get to know you and for you to know him. He has had to numb me for a couple procedures and I have never felt the needle. This is the only dentist I have had that can give a shot without feeling it. I have referred people to him and told them this and they seemed skeptical but when they have had work done, they have told me they never felt him giving a shot in the mouth. I was in an appointment and my husband had an emergency and couldn't take me home so Dr, Pilcher volunteered to take me home after my visit. If he does work on you, he will call and check on you that evening. I don't know any other doctor that does that. I highly recommend Dr. Pilcher

Dr. Pilcher is a very caring dentist and helpful dentist went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable and that I was pleased with the service I received. He also does very through work. I would highly recommend Dr. Pilcher.

Rude staff & horrible service. Took 4 year old back. Said their practice was to not allow parents. Kept her for over an hour and a half and then said they had decided to work on a different are of her mouth than we originally went in for. She didn't have excessive decay or plaque that would warrant such a visit.
