So I noticed how she doesn't wash her hands EVER! yuck! not taking my children there! I've seen her interact with all of her staff and she is the rudest person! She treats them so badly and belittles them so much. I feel bad for the ladies that work there. She might seem super nice and so good with your children, but beware!!!. I was actually waiting for about an hour and a half between the waiting room and actually seeing her and I heard and saw a lot of interactions between her and her staff and I was actually embarrassed for them. The staff is very helpful and sweet! She always misdiagnoses my children and is extremely rude every single time I go in there, so she lost my business!

This is the worst doctor ever! She is extremely rude to her staff and is very unprofessional. She doesn't wash her hands before checking the kids and has actually gotten my child sick from touching him. She is super rude, doesn't listen to my concerns and when she's mad at something /someone, she takes it out on the parents. I would never take my child here. The only reason she is still in business is because she accepts medicaid.

The times I took my sick baby to see the doctor she will always say "she's healthy mama." If my child wasn't sick I wouldn't be taking her to the doctors in the first place. The baby got sick, I had called the office during after hours. I insisted for almost 2 hours and I wasn't receiving a call from the doctor. I tried calling Dr. Trent, she insisted on calling the office and to speak with the doctor on duty. As I started to explain to her that I had tried consistently and that my child was running a fever she hung up on me. That was not professional at all.

Jocelyn came in and we did not see her wash her hands nor did she use hand sanitizer. She came in and was not friendly nor did she welcome the new mother to motherhood. She checked the baby but did not give an other information if not asked. The staff was outstanding however, since the staff won't be checking the baby we will not be going back to her. Good Luck with whom ever is in love with her.

Dr.Trent has very good and nice staff but she is the WORST DOCTOR EVER! The time she spends checking my kids is so little. She can easily miss something. One of my sons has eczema and I told her that I had noticed he breaks out more when he eats eggs, all she said was not to give it to him any more. She didn't explain why he breaks out.She is NOT INFORMATIVE.The most she spends is like no more than 5 mins in the exam room with my kids. When she ask if I have any questions, (which I always do) she sucks her teeth and answer rudely. She is the only doctor in the office and she sees more patients then what she can handle. She is VERY RUDE TO HER STAFF even in front of the kids and parents.I also over heard allot of the other parents complaining about her and how they are changing their kids doctor. So I know im not the only parent feeling this way.Its very easy to get an appointment with her now that allot of her patients are leaving her practice.I WILL NEVER TAKE MY KIDS THERE EVER AGAIN!

Dr. Trent has been my children's pediatrician since birth. She has had answers to hard question and has referred us to the necessary people for help when our son was diagnosed with PDD NOS. I will not use another pediatrician unless she decides to retire.

Excellent staff, Very helpful and polite on the phone and in the office and they give you appointment easily. I like the fact that they have well & sick side separately. The sick side, is extremely small and you take your child for one problem and you will come back with another b/c the area is too small and sharing viruses in that small room with another child is easy. You come on time, you will wait minimum of an hour to see the doctor. I hate wasting my time there, and you go inside and wait another 30 min or more … the doctor is extremely busy and don’t have much time for her patient. It is obvious to me that this office has too many patients for a single doctor to handle and I am soon out to look for another one. I took 3 children at one point and time and she has spent less than 15 min for all. I believe all this is b/c of too many patients; not lack of experience or knowledge. Otherwise she is good to communicate with; if you call on the weekend she will get back with you.
