No Empathy, wont return phone calls.. wont look at you in the eye or let you ask questions.
He does not seem to listen,, and he was unprofessional when speaking of me to another doctor i was referred to.

He doesn't seem to listen or care what a patient has to say. Seemed to already have a diagnosis in mind before I even stepped into the office. Looking for another PCP now. Rest of the office is OK.

He is one of the worst doctors I have ever met. Lyons is rude and doesn't listen or care, he just wants to collect his paycheck. His PA printed me out a sheet from webmd and told me that's what I have (it was a crazy, asinine, rare disease from a country I've never been to). After Leaving there, the specialists I saw were fuming when I told them about how they mishandled my diagnosis and treatment. The front window staff are also the most miserable and rude people I've ever met. This place should be shut down, they are a hazard to their patients.

Seems straight up and has a standard rap, but answered any questions I had. I don't expect a lot of personal connection from someone I see once a year for a physical.

While he is very laid back and somewhat aloof, I find him very knowledgeable. I also note he has a very good reputation among outsiders.

He's only qualified to diagnose a cold, maybe. He should LISTEN to patients!
