Dr. Areeckal, saved my life. Before she became my pcp I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Since she has been treating me my blood pressure and cholesterol has been normal and I have lost weight. She and her pa our amazing. They respond to mycare immediately on any concerns. I'm am so grateful for dr. Areeckal and that she is my primary physician.

There is certainly a reason why you can get into this doctors office so easy and same day. The staff including the PA and Doctor have zero personality. They have no sense of humor and are very uptight! They make assumptions without having all the information. They feel other doctors decisions are not valid if they aren't like their own. The front office personal need to have a better idea of what type of patients their office caters too and direct the ones they can't help to some other provider who could. Very disappointed. If you want a doctor that is down to earth and friendly , this is not the place to go.

The staff ignores you when you come in because they are always on the phone. When they get off, 5 minutes later, they acknowledge you. Being in a wheelchair was very upsetting since I had to knock on the door many times to get into the office. I was told to use my cellphone and call them from the hall and not to know on the door. How sad to be given orders when you're disabled and asked why I can't open the door myself and how do I do things at home then. Rude and uncaring to even to ask such questions out in the open. She kept telling me there's nothing wrong with me while I sat there in tears with excrutiating pain. Told her staff that I'll never go there again to be treated that way.

Despite the high marks I gave her in each category she is rather mercurial.

She's knowledgeable, friendly and explains things very clearly. Recommending her to everyone I know!
