Dr. Quiterio treated our son for bouts of temper. He has progressively become more able to manage his anger and frustration. We are deeply appreciative for what Dr. Quiterio did for our family. We recommend her very enthusiastically.

I found this doctor to be incompetent in dealing with a sexual assault victim. This doctor did not practice the ER standard of care for a sexual assault victim. This doc confined the victim with other patients (direct contraindication in the standard of care.) Additionally, this doc barely has a year of experience but thinks she is capable of deciding that someone should be confined for 7-10 days against their will. This doc had the audacity to say "well it works better if the parents cooperate" when she clearly does not have the experience nor knowledge to make that claim. This doc's practice has completely eliminated whatever good will my family had with Stanford after the atrocious experience with this doc in the Stanford ER. Fortunately, I was able to get the victim out of the control of this doc and in the hands of much more capable and experienced professionals (and no, it did not take 7-10 days of in-patient care.)
