This was an awful experience. The worst appointment I've ever had with a doctor. She was condescending, short, and judgmental. She basically argued with me over my views and perspectives about taking meds for my anxiety and depression. She said that was a "bad way of looking at it". I asked how does one prescribe meds on this sort of thing? It was a genuinely curious question because I've never been diagnosed before, let alone be prescribed meds for it. She explained it in a very dumbed down way, as if I don't understand the concept. She spoke to me like I was a child. There may have been some racial profiling led by her. She wasn't sensitive to my needs and my views. She has no sense of compassion, understanding, or sharpness to realize that she's talking to a patient who's expressed struggles with anxiety and depression. She did a quick "physical examination" routine but I think she left out a few steps. It was very brief and she wasn't thorough. Overall, I wouldn't see her again.
