STAY AWAY FROM ERIK CANTRELL. He is condescending, extremely unprofessional, and rude. He should not be allowed to treat patients since he is all-knowing and all-seeing and does not trust that you know your body better than he does, although he never met you before. He refused to acknowledge medical research showing a drug had a specific side effect I was experiencing and instead said that it was impossible to be caused by this drug. He also asked me to tell him which medication I wanted, rather than being thoughtful about medical history or drug interactions. Should not be certified to give medical advice.

If you are needing only medication management this clinic will work for you. They are excellent in that regard but if you ever have a “blip in the radar” and need more help they lack the time and expertise to accommodate your needs. I saw Carla for several years and she is a great NP. When I had a medication issue she referred me to Dr Cantrell and he flatly told me I was taking too much of their time. Tried to put me on anxiety meds when what I needed was a mood stabilizer. Finally got that straightened out and he said they would no longer treat me. I gladly found a better doctor. Read the less than 5 star reviews on Yelp for some of the experiences other have had with Dr. Cantrell.

My experience with Dr. Karla have been a blessing, she is so patient and knowledgeable.....that my treatment has worked since day one...... the receptionists are the best!!! I was having worst panic attacks and anxiety that were taking me to ER...... 2 months into the treatment and feel myself again....100% recomended, 👍👍👍

The hours available for appointments are EXTREMELY convenient! Dr. Cantrell also is THE most comprehensive and knowledgeable doctor I have ever had the good fortune of coming across! I most certainly know that I am getting THE best treatment possible here! I've NEVER been more excited about a facility, and I've been doing this whole "doctor" thing a LONG time now! <3 <3 <3

Dr. Erik Cantrell is amazing, very professional and definitely knows what he is doing. Dr. Cantrell as well as the staff, very professional and treat you as as guest. Offer complimentary drinks/snacks during your visit. It is like a mental spa that I look forward to going back to my visits. Dr. Cantrell was able to diagnose me correctly my first visit and found I was being mis-diagnosed in the past. Dr. Cantrell after our first consult and questions knew what exactly was going on with me, he was right on. I highly recommend him as your new practitioner if what you are currently doing isn't working for you. I drive a little over an hour for my visits, promise you it is worth the drive.

Dr. Cantrell has been great. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. He and his staff makes his patients feel comfortable and you can tell they truly want what is best for each patient.

I’ve dealt with a bipolar Disorder for 20 years now. I’ve never seen a finer Dr. than Dr. Cantrell.I have no negatives to say about him and his staff is the best.
