This Psychologist has no empathy towards her new patients going through a life crisis. She seems unorganized (can’t even find her agenda) and it seemed like she only cares about making money. That’s why Puerto Rico’s mental health is how it is. Don’t recommend. If you want to get back on your feet mediocrely feel free to go to therapy with her.

La psicóloga Segarra demostró poca empatía por teléfono al explicar la situación crítica de mi padre. Mi esposo, madre y yo fuimos testigos de su desorganización. Tal vez con otros pacientes sea más atenta pero con pacientes nuevos como mi padre , da a entender que lo único que ella busca es ganar dinero con el plan médico y nada más. Por eso que la salud mental aquí en este país esta como está. Más decir sentimos como si ni caso nos estaba haciendo. Si tienen dignidad, busquen otro psicólogo que se preocupe y demuestre EMPATÍA ante la situación.

Dr. Segarra has been instrumental in my recovery. The time I've been on therapy with her is worth it. I recommend her to anyone who really want to get back on their feet.
