Dr. Higgins saved my husbands life. He removed a cancerous tumor and didn't stop until he got it all out. He explained everything to us about the cancer and surgical options. He came to the hospital anytime we had an extra question. He was supportive, caring, understanding and extremely knowledgable. He was patient and kind and was never rushed when he spent time with us. My husband was in the hospital for three and a half weeks and I think there was only one day that we did not see Dr. Higgins. I will forever be grateful for his care and concern.

Dr Higgins is very knowledgable and caring. He has great bedside manner. He took the time to explain to me my procedure, what he was going to do exactly and the possible complications. He listened to all my concerns and made me feel better about my surgery. I recovered from the surgery quickly with no complications and my incisions were tiny and look great. I expect little to no scarring.
