Although I believe Dr. Burkheart is very knowledgeable, my immediate first impression was that her personality contained a slight condescending undertone. I think the last straw for me was my pharmacy calling in a request to renew a daily medication of mine, and her denying the request, as if the problem was now gone. The thought there might have been that I needed to call and make an appointment, but I'm not sure as NOBODY CONTACTED ME. I think sometimes Doctors forget that they have customers, and not just patients...and this ones customer service did NOT meet my expectations so I'm moving on.
