I have found Dr. Williams to be very professional and very helpful. Even if I'm running behind or miss an appointment, she makes sure that my daughter has the medicine she needs until she can get back in.

I really thought Dr. Williams was a really nice Psychiatrist until we showed up late for an appointment. My daughter (patient) and I were on our way after driving OVER AN HOUR to get there (there are NO clinics closer to my home). I called and informed them that I would be at least 5 minutes late. By time I got there and ACTUALLY checked in we were over 15 mins late by then. I was not looking to have a 20 minute appointment with her, but wanted to let her quickly know that everything was going great and to ask for a refill. She was absolutely RUDE in the hallway stating that she doesn't have time for us and that we were too late. I was so shocked to be talked to the way that she did. I am just greatful that my daughter didn't have to experience that face to face interaction. She should have a bit more compassion if she is going to work with children that need Behavior Health services. I will NOT go back to this office, I am actually going to change my insurance so that I do not have to use that entire clinic. The worst part about all of this is that we work for the same Health System.
