Dr. Breaud seemed like he was proficient at his job but his office staff is absolutely terrible. I had Invisalign performed by him and getting his office to return a phone call is nearly impossible. I would not recommend his office.

I hate to agree with the low ratings, but it is true. The office staff is terrible. I have walked in on them (after been told how busy they were and they couldn't move my appointment up) ASLEEP on the office sofas. Their prices are cheaper and my teeth are straight, but other offices offer a lot more service. Just keep this in mind.

My family and I love Dr. Breaud. All four of my children have had their braces done by him. We have always gotten in when we needed and his assistants are the sweetest girls I have ever had to deal with. I have recommended him to a lot of my friends and their kids feel the same. The office is a fun place. I am very pleased with the outcome of my children's braces. My kids are happy with their teeth. Thank you Dr. Breaud for being a great doctor and taking such good care of us.

What a nasty office! First of all, I had to wait 30 mins before anyone recognized I was there. Apparently the secretary went out for breakfast. When she came back she didn't even say sorry for the wait. I told her how long I've been waiting and not a word from her! I kid u not! Ok well I figured that since I'm there then might as well give the dentist a shot. WRONG!! I went there for an estimate for braces from a groupon deal and he wrote down an estimate on the back of a business card after he examined my mouth WITHOUT gloves!!! You'll get sick from this place. Avoid it!! I'm a medical professional and this is not service. I know service! This is a disaster orthodontics office!

Despite the dr. Breaud's average treatment, my main qualm is with the rude nurses. They quarrel with patients even when they are at fault and refuse to schedule appointments if it impairs thier going home early. Office hours end at 5 and if you call around 4:30, they will no longer be there. Unacceptable. They also never respond a) nicely or compassionately when you have an emergency or b) urgently. They will not schedule you anytime soon because that might mean more "work" for thm. Usually, emergency appointments are at least a week away. They will also give an abundance of unnecessary attitude while scheduling the appointment. However, at anytime I have ever dropped in, there are usually only one patient in there, despite thier claims to be "booked". I have waited 2.5 years to post this, I'm so glad to be done with them, truly dreadful service.
