Dr. Lor was my mom’s doctor for 30 years; I started to see her when I was 17. She saved my mom’s life, and helped me so much with pain from an autoimmune condition. Her knowledge and care changed the course of my family’s life.

Dr. Lor has been my acupuncture doctor for more than 25 years. She has saved me from more than one unnecessary procedure /medication/surgery. For me, so often after a doctor visit, I'd leave feeling more stressed and anxious because of suggestions I would need to research and make decisions about. Once while debating whether to go ahead with an endometrial ablation, I asked Dr. Lor to just help me regain some strength (I was very anemic and tired) in order to have a clear head about the decision. After seeing her once a month for maybe 4-6 months, my heavy bleeding due the the fibroids stopped and I was no longer anemic and able to make it to the holy grail of menopause without any medications or surgery. I trust her and I am very glad to have had her as my doctor. No longer living in New York, I have found no one else.

Dr Lor was my little guardian angel 13 years ago!! I had 2 herniated disks.. did physical therapy for a year which made my condition worse. Then had a recommendation to go see Dr Lor! Wow! She was amazing!! I was very young at the time.24 years old and doctors wanted to do a spinal surgery procedure. I felt too young to do this ... so in my despiracy.. I took the advice from a stranger to meet dr Lor! She was the best! She explained my mri better than any doctor and explained exactly what she was going to do. 6 treatments. 13 years later and 3 births later!! I have never had a pain in my back since then! I Recommend this woman to anyone! I can say she saved my life! Hope to see her soon just to say thank you!

Hands down the absolute BEST acupuncturist! She helped me get back on my feet after a 7 month debilitating lower back spasm that not one doctor was able to treat! This includes chiropractor, MRI, spinal injections, etc. After surgery was suggested by orthopedic surgeon, I went to Dr. Lor....I LOVE THIS WOMAN! wish I still lived in NY to see her...and she is also a delightful character; full of humor and wisdom!
