Showed me someone else’s xray, was dismissive of the urologist recommendations in the hospital, and rude. Was early, staff at check in sent me for an xray when sent back to staff for more paperwork was yelled at for being late. Will go anyplace but here!

Terrible experience .
He said he had received my culture growth records from an Urgent Care, but they told me they don't send them to physicians. You have to pick them up.
If he had seen them, he could have seen my two antibiotic resistant infections which had been grown in a lab.
>100,000 cfu/ml
Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
AND
> 100,000 cfu/ml
Enterococcus Faecalis.
Both are antibiotic resistant.
No wipes were there for a urine sample. This can skew your sample due to bacteria on your skin.
He told my husband and I that I didn't have an UTI because there was no blood in my urine that day. Then his nurse called back to tell me my culture did grow something and I did have an UTI infection.
He tried to call in Cipro for me which was in BOLD LETTERS on my allergy list.
He had advertisements for Cipro in the room I was in.
Then he called in TWO days of Keflex. My pharmacist questioned this because in 17 years he had never seen this for just two days. It is usually used for seven days.
I questioned this with his office and was told that this was what he wanted. Of course it wasn't enough and I still have urinary infections.
I found a new Urologist, and fast. It was like night and day. Now there is a plan for me, including IV antibiotics due to my many allergies to most antibiotics they recommend for these infections.
He diagnosed me with an overactive bladder and sent a sample med home with me.
I don't have an overactive bladder as was confirmed by the second Urologist, who is extremely thorough.
Please, before you go to him, look up this Doctor's online rating. One had him rated as 65% BAD. I should have checked first. I'm hoping to save another woman from the same experience.

Worst doctor I could ever imagine. Has no idea what he is doing and his treatment methods and blatant inexperience had extreme consequences on my health. This doctor might just have ruined my life, and I wish I could see him in person one final time to tell him all of this to his face but I would never step foot in his office again. Avoid this doctor, I'm not a malicious person and would not leave this kind of review for no good reason. He did not seem to care one bit about my health , just about making his money. Every urologist I've seen since has been shocked when I told them how he went about treating me and I may never recover from the damage done in my short time with this doctor, and seeing him to begin with is one of my biggest regrets. I've recently found a QUALITY urologist and i only wish I had seen him instead of Padalino, I have no doubt my condition would be cured. Instead, I became victim to an inexperienced, irresponsible doctor and I may have to live with this forever

Dr. Padalino was very kind to me and my wife during our difficult times. He took the time to explain everyhing to us and was also available to talk whenever we called with questions. I appreciate everything he has done for me.

Had an xray to determine size of kidney stone. 3 weeks later and 3 calls later, still no results of my xray. Thank goodness the stone hasn't moved. I did get the insurance bill though. Very disappointed. Called again today. I will not return after this episode.

Dr. Padalino is very inexperienced. He was going to do surgery on me while I was on blood thinners plus aspirin. I didn't feel right about it and went to someone else. Six months later I am no longer taking the blood thinner and have not had any need for surgery and do not anticipate any surgery for a long time, if ever.
