She’s the worst person on the planet. She doesn’t actually care about anyone. Lower pain meds for no reason. Now taking me off the meds that did work. No explanation at all none . She should go back to where she came from. Staff leave at a crazy rate

As a retired medical professional, I am APPALLED by this office. Between Dr. Zhan’s lack of bedside manner and empathy, and rushing patients in and out of rooms to turn the insurance claims over, all of the HIPPA violations including texting patient confidential information between staff members and leaving files out visible to others, this office is the epitome of a patients worst nightmare!!!

It is very apparent that Dr. Zhan only focuses on the big ticket procedures and insists on unnecessary procedures including injections and nerve electrical tests. If you need simple pain management, don’t walk, RUN elsewhere! I checked out of this office faster then a mouse being chased by a cat. That’s what I felt like and apparently many others agree with my experience, just read all of the many other negative reviews yourself. I can’t even believe this office is in business.

There seems to be a revolving door amongst the staff. They do a good job of seeing you at your appointment time. I see PA Darren Rath and am totally pleased. He does a great job. The only issue is I was getting 15 tablets of my pain medicine a month. I tested negative a few times and Dr Zhan stopped my pain medicine. It doesn’t make sense because it was a struggle to get them to last for the month. I continue to go for injections because Darren does a great job and I try other ways to relieve my pain.

I have been seeing Dc. Zhan for 9 years , very compassionate , great bedside manner . Have had lumbar epidurals by 2 other Doctors the pain from the procedure was excruciating.
My first lumbar epidural by Dr Zhan had no pain just some pressure she knows how to do spinal epidurals. I will no where else for epidurals ( Dr Zhan is the Best )
I see Dr Zhan on a monthly basis for trigger point injections
She is excellent with needle injections (No Pain)

Been a patient for almost 8 years. Went to the office and was told I was no longer allowed to be a patient, no explanation. I’ve had numerous back surgeries and was seeing Dr Zahn and getting injections. These injections didn’t seem to work and some only worked for a short time. I did receive an injection in November again it only lasted for a few days.
I have always been compliant.i don’t drink, or smoke and only take the prescriptions given to me. I have never missed an appointment and always pay when seen.
Once before I was told she was dropping me as a patient but as soon as I agreed to further injections and more tests and procedures I was able to stay with the practice. That was approximately 3 years ago. So apparently you have to subject yourself to unnecessary medical procedures to stay a patient. Obviously all Dr Zhan cares about is money.

Dr. Zahn is the first person I've seen that actually took the time to manage a way to control my pain level(I have severe cervical issues C3-4 to C6-7, Lumbar and shoulder). I had received trigger point injections and my medications were changed. Previous to the changes. Sleeping for more than 4 hours at a time was impossible on a good night and typically 3 hours then sit up for an hour, lay down and sleep for 2 more if I was lucky. Getting out of bed was painful and getting moving took some time and getting around was sometimes painful. Since I've seen her and since the injections and medication changes I've gotten better each day. Getting up this morning was the easiest it has ever been in well over a year and my pain level is at a manageable 2 - 3 as long as I don't overdo it with activities like lifting anything heavy or bending for too long. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Zahn and her staff.

office staff rude I waited for over 2 hours and not a person told me why. Talked to someone ? at 10:00 no idea who she was. My appt was at 8:30 had to leave because i was in so much pain, they told me I was still going to be charged . Filing a complaint now

be careful on who u talk to
