Doctors overbook patients to the max! Minimum wait time is at least one hour and from my own experience, I've waited up to two and half hours. It is absolutely ridiculous. Asking for simple test results have been a nightmare. Seem like both the doctors have just too many patients to really care and look into the symptoms for a proper diagnosis.

I have been going to Dr. Chung for years. Even though his office is always busy, he always spends enough time with me and makes sure I feel comfortable. I have been to both his Palisades Park and Norwood offices and they are both great. Additionally, I have found that Dr. Chung never overcharges like so many of the other doctors in Bergen County. Great doctor!

terrible place, dirty little office, many "korean" patients, I went there because it was near by, but what a wrong choice! i waited more hour to even before see this guy, I walked out of office!
