There's just not enough words that would emphasize how GREAT of a dentist Dr. Graber is. He goes above and beyond any other dentist I have ever seen. He has an excellent team working with him and that are just as compassionate as he is. Dr. Graber is a perfectionist who truly cares for his patients!

Dr.Graber & his assistants are very good at their job. As for the front desk? Barbara doesn't understand dental insurance nor your benefits. She doesn't know how to explain what your insurance covers or what will come out of your pocket. When I asked for a summary of what will come out of my pocket, she replied if we did that for every customer we would be super busy. So you will never really see the breakdown for what you are paying out of pocket. We were trying to move the process faster with my insurances to get started on invisalign (the only braces Dr. Graber does) but as Barbara laid it out for me they don't like dealing with secondary insurances and I should pay everything out of pocket then deal with the secondary insurance myself. She did not want to do any work honestly. She does not have much knowledge on insurance, I had to explain to her what I was covered and how to read the Explanation of benefits.

Dr. Graber is a kind and caring dentist. He takes his time despite accepting insurance. He shows me photos and x-rays to help me understand any areas he is watching. And, he is gentle when I need a cavity filled.

My family and I have been customers of Dr. Graber for many years. From simple, routine cleanings to more complicated and involved dental procedures, Dr. Graber has always been professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He was been extremely sensitive to my past, unpleasant experiences with other dentist making my trips to his office more pleasant and relaxed. He also provided my mother with some much needed and urgent dental work and was extremely accommodating and compassionate in his care. I highly recommend Dr. Graber to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff that will provide scheduling flexibility and professional services.

My dealings with Dr. Graber's office were very unprofessional. I called 3 times during normal business hours and no one answered the phone! Fourth try I finally made an appointment! OK, things happen. I to wait (about 1/2 an hour for a morning appt.) finally I get to see him and he barely looks at my mouth and tells me his opinion before he spins around and has his hands in the mouth of the next patient! I was litterally left to talk to him while he was in the next stall working on someone else! I went to someone else and I didn't need all the work he was proposing! They also said my insurance would not have covered some of the work that he was suggesting and they didn't know why he was suggesting it because it wasn't necessary! he didn't have the time to talk to me about what he is suggesting? He's a factory. Should be Dr. Money Grubber instead of Graber. NEVER GOING BACK! Agree with prev. reviewer about staff, when I went to leave they lost my file!

I can not say enough good about Dr Graber along with his staff! My kids cant wait to go to the dentist. We just came back from seeing him yesterday and I feel like the office is "family" to us.!Dr Graber is the most wonderful dentist out there. Ive seen his office grow over the years too and he has done a great job.Staff are always smiling. Ive referred 10 people to him. My teeth are very weak and Ive needed ALOT of work and Ive never had one issue with his work. Ive even called him on a holiday or weekend and hes come out to help me when Ive needed him. I would recommend him to anyone. I would MOVE if he MOVED, thats how good I think he is. He has taken care of my kids since they were young. I know in my heart, I can count on him if I ever needed him in an emergency with my teeth and how many of us can actually say that about our dentists. Go make an appmt then see for yourself.And Hey, no ones perfect but if there ever was a problem,he'd go out of his way to be there for you!

Unfortunately Dr. Graber underestimated me as a patient. A filling he had put in broke because of obvious, visible decay underneath. My feeling was that he bothched the job. When I brought this up to him he, of course, said there was nothing wrong with his work and that it broke because I eat almonds. Huh? He then told me that I would need an overlay and if that didn't hold I would need a crown. I asked him 3 times why he just couldn't refill it! It was impossible he said. Half of the overlay would be $460 out of pocket and if insurance didn't cover the the other half (which it would not have because it's considered cosmetic) it would be another $460. I sought 2 second opinions and BOTH said I DID NOT need an overlay. One said that it would be quite easy to refill because it was composite and he would do so for $300. The third opinion said it looked like the filling broke and he would refill it for $85. His staff is often clueless and I'm taking my business elsewhere. You should too.

Dr. Graber is great! He is very knowledgeable. Has the latest equipment, and up to date knowledge, etc. However, I found some of his staff to be really incompetent.
