Had an issue with a bill that went back and forth with their office manager Brenda who could care less and threatened collections on me. When I questioned her about the way a bill was improperly coded and submitted and was advised by my insurance company to have it resubmitted correctly she accused me of trying to have her commit fraud! Non-formulary request forms were not filled out or not filled out in a timely manner, etc... The rest of the staff was always nice and I never had an issue with the doctor. My visits never lasted more than 5 minutes, even my wellness checkup. Felt sometimes like he was just going through the motions. They are also horrible at answering the phones. Get a better system. Brenda was enough to make me leave the practice and we had been seeing an Ireland doctor on and off since 1982! Not a bad practice but I would look elsewhere if you had the choice.

I needed a new primary care provider and after first visit, I was very impressed. Fast flow through reception / waiting room. Very little wait time. Dr. Ireland was excellent fit for me. He was professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs as well as communicated clearly with me. The efficiency of the office operation was among the best than any I have experienced. I will not hesitate to see him again.

Horrible, condescending and ignorant. Due to the medications. My husband was taking, he became increasingly confused and angry. I spoke to Dr. Ireland about it several times, with no response. My husband finally acknowledged that there was a problem and agreed to seek help. I called Dr. Ireland for a referral to a mental health dr. and he sent the police to Baker Act my husband. Thanks for the help, Dr. Quack.

We thank God that we have this humble doctor on our side! We get appts. almost immediately and he gives sound advise. When specialists get "too big for their britches", Dr Brian is there to cover their mistakes. When your life is on the line, you need this doctor on
your side.

First time visit and he made it perfectly clear (in my 8 minute visit) that my issues were "above his pay grade" very unprofessional.

It was an annual physical and he did not give me the opportunity to share my health concerns. He began suggesting medicines before he had even begun the physical. He rushed me through the appointment and did not do a thorough physical exam. When I expressed a desire to only take medicines that would cure the cause (as opposed to masking the symptoms), he openly mocked me. I feel violated.
